They may have different skills for a variety of physical and cultural reasons. <BR/><BR/>And I assure you that I totally respect the kind of work that men do in the oilfields, for example. My son has just got back from a stint there. However, I have more than one woman friend who is a geologist or forester. There are few clearcut lines. I respect what men are able to do that women, in general, cannot.
