At some point we have to deal with the fact that, as written, the text sometimes lacks clarity or at least, straightforwardness.

Don & B333,

I doubt that all Calvinists have read all of Calvin. :-)Suzanne McCarthyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07033350578895908993noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19505042.post-66874002046858747652010-01-13T07:37:34.605-08:002010-01-13T07:37:34.605-08:00This is pretty amazing.....

Doubt the Bayley brothers will see it though. In one breath Calvin claims woman is directly in the sight of God and inwardly she is connected to Him directly. Yet, he then says that in 'real life arrangements' the woman lives inequally following the man in everything. Thus her inward connection to God doesn't matter in the economy of life for she must follow her husband and not God's impressions upon her inward person.believer333https://www.blogger.com/profile/03480546499577897857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19505042.post-23973332578474872952010-01-13T06:47:11.830-08:002010-01-13T06:47:11.830-08:00Thank goodness I am not a Calvinist.
