Does this clip mean that women are not supposed to work outside of the home? Isn't Driscoll saying that 1 Tim. 5:8 applies exclusively to men?

This clip also contradicts Mark's other teaching that women are more easily deceived. Why would he want his wife, who is more easily deceived, being the one who is teaching the children who are very gullible?
That makes no sense.
